The ability to disagree on things, but still be friends would be the big one these days. Reciprocity would be a close second, tired of being the dependable one who gets left holding the shit when things get rough. I have a dark sense of humor (20 years in the military does that), so thick skin helps, similar humor is better. Overall though, people who are happy being themselves, no fake behavior that changes with who you are around. Save the masks for Halloween, if you have to edit yourself how do I know who you are?

Well said @freqonnaleash! If friends can't even disagree on simple things without wanting to throw the whole friendship out, how can they be there for you when shit is actually hitting the fan?? And one-sided friendships are way too much work than it's worth. And I for sure agree with you on the consistency part.. I'm not trying to guess what version of my friends that I'm going to interact with based on location! Keep it real, or keep it moving 👋🏾
