I honestly think that this has worked! It could have went on like this for days or weeks, or even months. I am glad I found something that gets it back to normal.
I have been eating nothing but soluble fiber for 48 or so hours (& cursing the blandness of it the whole time ha ha) & drinking lots of water & drinking peppermint tea (which has some sort of properties that calm tummies). I am feeling much better & will add some lowfat stuff tomorrow (I still will lay completely off the insoluble fiber for the rest of the week, which can irritate guts). If all goes according to my little plan, I will be eating anything I want by the Sunday or so.
I am really becoming too much of an expert at this digestion bullshit.

Yeah, there's a big hookah revival of sorts going on right now. I absolutely LOVE mine, it spins, too. Smoking from it is the most relaxing experience..........it's like smoking dessert. I'm so corny, every time I take my first puff, I say "Whooo arrre youuuu???". Kisses
