Hi SG land,

I had a yoga hammock installed. Yes a professional helped. I’ve honestly been taking circus classes for a minute and started aerial yoga recently too.

This will be my thing for as long as I can., even tried flying trapeze classes.

Anyone else doing unconventional activities for fitness or recreation?
