Wow. When I quit smoking I got the exact opposite effect. I became really lethargic and tired all the time, and that lasted over a month before I started to get worried. I started doing abit of running again and taking a muti-vitamin and that corrected the problem.
OK, where to start umm... yeah I was sick, I quit smoking, my job is crazy, my friend just showed up! Gosh I should run I promise to update soon I need to vent.
