No, "Is your son alright?" or "Do you want me to call an ambulance?". Fortunately it was just Ben and I so I didn't have to worry about the girls.
I never said a word to manager just kept trying to calm Ben. Finally he was calm enough to pick up and carry and we left.....I went back a couple hours later and paid for the items we took and had a heart to heart with not only the manager but the regional director as well. We never shopped there again. I told everyone that would listen how I had been treated at Albertsons and not to shop there.
It probably didn't make any difference but it made me feel better.
