After listening to the Pyschedelic Fur's "Pretty in Pink" three times so I can get it right at karaoke tonight I realized that something is very wrong with me. confused

it's so funny you say that, cuz I used to think I was REALLY good at singing "Love My Way", but nowadays I sound like a dying 95-year-old man trying to sing it.

Do they put Bob Dylan into any karaoke lists? I might be able to get away with that... or "House of the Rising Sun". I think that's low enough for me...

There's lots of Dylan, but so far no one has dared try any of his songs. I'd like to do "Subterranean Homesick Blues" if I ever can work up the lung power.

Johnny Cash gets all the respect as the other titan of "lonely guy rock," as my friend calls them.

i personally think that it's a wonderful thing that most people, if you asked them, wouldn't remember that she was responsible for the locomotion back in the '80s...i also think it's wonderful that she's done work with nick cave...haha. good luck at your roommate's birthday party. i'll let you know how my dj-ing duties go and what gets the people movin'.
