I mean dressing skimpy in winter - have to agree with you. I have a distinct memory of a friend who I caught up with for lunch of a freezing cold day in August and she was in a multi-layers to stay warm. We arrange to catch up to go out that night with some friends, and when we catch up she's wearing less than I wear to the beach on a 40C day. (OK, I'm exaggerating ... just.) wtf???!

But, dressing skimpy in summer? A woman (in fact, anyone) would have to be mad not to.

And I think you are half right...sometimes I dress or do certain things for attention and sometimes I do it for me!

For example...when I was brunette, I did NOT feel like myself. I got less attention, too. I dunno...I went blonde again for both reasons!
