So, the year is getting on, and this evening I stopped to think for a second or two about how I'm progressing with my list of New Year's resolutions for 2007.

I posted them here late last year so they were publicly recorded and not simply forgotten (as most of my other, day-to-day resolutions are!).

Here's where I'm at, thus far:

1. - Got my Motorcycle Learner's Permit. I'm yet to have a lesson, but it's looking like I'll be getting the opportunity (and by 'opportunity' I mean both the time and the money) within the next few weeks.

2. - Forgot all about this one. Ooops!

3. - Got most of the dental work I needed done except four extractions and a possible root canal, both of which are on indefinite hold due to lack of funds. And my being a scared little pussy!

4. - Don't have any new ink...yet, but, like #1, possibly very soon.

5. - Pulled a semester of straight 6's (out of 7). And this semester is looking promising as well!

6. - Lost my slim hope of achieving this one to a chap named Neil (I mean really! Neil of all bloody names!)

7. - Haven't done so well at this one either. Found a few flaws instead.

8. - Ummm... I'm thinking no. Unless you count a boy-on-boy pash as an expansion of sexual boundaries.

9. - Ahhh...Nope. Not as yet. Still hoping to though.

10. - Yeah I got nuthin'.

Hmmm. Three successes, two maybes and five not-quites. Not great, but not bad either, huh?

How's everyone else doing with theirs? Or am I the only one keeping score?
