Just a quick rumination on my school friends...
We graduated 12 years ago, and since then;
One (straight) girl went gay, and then went straight again.
The responsible and steady guy makes a good living selling imported alcohol.
The party girl has become an accountant and a bitch we knew networks for a living.
The defiant girl joined the Air Force (and then had two kids). The class clown works for the Tax Office and the geek joined a band.

Life is funny sometimes...

Fedora Core 5 is pretty solid. Are you blowing Windows away completely, or going for a dual-boot? The installer will detect Windows and set up dual-boot automatically if you want it to ... of course you'll need room on your hard disk for the Linux partitions.
