Once again it's been a while since I've put something up for the few of you to read.
Back in January I had another issue with my heart but I'm winning the struggle! Short story...lost my breath during workouts and had get cath'd to see what was going on. An artery on the back of my heart was clogged but because I've been eating well and working out my body decided to grow 2 new arteries around the blocked one. At this point I have to build back up and allow them to grow enough to take the work I'm putting on my heart. Sucks to be out of breath pretty easily but I'm still here and that's what counts.
Snakes - I've always admired snakes but also feared them in the wild. As long as somebody is handling them properly I'm willing to get closer. This summer I had a chance to help a local school by babysitting one of their corn snakes for the summer. My wife and I decided to do it. We have had the so much fun with her. We were hoping to keep her but the teacher does want her back at the end of the summer. So we are planning on getting our own now. Never thought in a million years that I'd be wanting a snake as a pet.
Strippers - My buddy and I went to a somewhat local strip club last weekend. It was one of my favorites for years but all of my friends had to bail due to wifely complications. We got there pretty early, 8:30 or so, and gave our beer to the bartender, BYOB. I asked for a ticket and he looked at me really confused. He said that I wouldn't need one tonight. Now I'm confused because usually by 9pm this place has always been packed. I look around and think that something isn't right because nobody is here, including only a few dancers. It pretty much stayed that way until we left. Maybe 10 to 15 people all night and about 7 dancers. We still made the most of it and had some fun and the ladies earned a few bucks from us.
It made me wonder if these clubs are dying due to the available content on the internet, or trafficking or do the younger guys just not do this type of thing anymore?
