I'm a rollercoaster whore! This coming weekend was to be spent at Cedar Point, on Friday, riding the monsters of the midway...finally!! The follow up on Saturday was to venture to Kings Island for some riding there as well. Hotel reservations were made, friends had everything lined up to take care of their dogs and we had the day off. Last week we get the disappointing news...my coaster partner fesses up the she has been pummeled with school work and can't go for fear of not getting it done while we are all away. GRRRRRRRR!!!!

Same shit happened last year when we planned to go to Busch Gardens and I missed a Nickelback concert because of it! I was pissed!!! This year I miss the two parks but also gave up my spot for scrapbooking on Saturday. Some of you don't or won't understand but that's my artsy fartsy thing besides I get to hang out with 100 women all day.

All is not lost we're still getting my coaster fix but it will be much tamer. Hershey Park is only 2 hours away so we're doing that on Friday. I could care less about the chocolate part of it but for my wife's sake I'll watch her enjoy! Saturday is now going to be a visit to the local Wild Goose Brewery for some taste testing. Apparently they give you free samples by the bottle or glass. We're talking full size good beer not the crappy girls lite beer that taste like water. I can't drink like I used to due seizure meds conflicting but I can have one or two. The good thing is that I get a good buzz real quick!
