So I'm on day three of my exercise regiment, and still going. So maybe this time I'll be able to keep my motivation and actually lose the weight again. The thing that I realized when I started back up, was it has been waaayyyy too long! I should have started back up before, but I'm doing it now so that's something. :-) Part of the reason was because I have a couple of friends who have inspired me to get back into it, the other is I want to feel better and be able to feel comfortable in my own clothing, and of course skin. The last time I did it, I lost 143 lbs in a year. hopefully I can do even better this time, wish me luck. :-D

@kittyqueen thank you so much. 😊 Yeah I'm a month into execrsizing and I'm starting to feel like I'm losing weight. It's a good feeling. 😁
