I have delt with a issue like that in the past and it's a hard thing to deal with, but there is a few steps to help it go away. First thing is to block the number, which if you look in your phone book, look for the call block number key, like #80 then the number ... or whatever it is. Second is really just pretend that none of this is bothering you at all. You have to seriously pretend that it doesn't bother you in one bit and act like normal. Once someone realizes that it is not affecting you at all, there is really no point in continuing to harass them anymore. If you want to bother someone and it's not working, you get the last laugh! Same goes for if you hear from him again. Just act like it doesn't bother you at all. If he's like, "Fuck you cunt, you a whore" and shit like that, just respond with, "Thank you! You are a kind sir! My day was great! How was you day?" He will respond with "fuck you" and you can say "no thanks! But thanks for asking, well ... I have to go ... see you!" Then hang up the phone, then ... you can do the last thing. Pretty much what you already did, but use a calm but stern voice and put a message on your phone stating something along the lines of the following. "I am tired of the childish games. I have noted the number of calls and if I continue to have harassing calls from <insert assholes name> then I will be forced to file a restraining order. Thanks." That will get the point across very quickly. Also if he lives with his parents, call over there and inform them of the same. The moment he and his parents if applicable, realize that you will involve the police if it continues he will back off.
