wow, it's been a while... a brief update:
the baja bug is now down to a floor pan and transmission, with one fucking brake drum that won't come off because the wheel nut is stuck. and the stub axle threads are stripped, so i have to cut it off and get a new one. it's been pissing me off, but it's also been giving me a good idea what tools i'll be needing soon. anyway, enough boring you about the bug...
my relationship life has been all haywire recently. another thing i imagine is boring to everybody who doesn't know me, but this place is great for talking about the things i don't want to get back to the people involved.
basically, Ro (my ex) is still like my best friend, and Meg (a friend here at school) is head over heels for me. but i don't want anything with either of them, and i've been very insistant on that. and somehow, even though i'm not "with" either of them, i somehow feel tied down, or even trapped, by BOTH of them! i dunno how this happens. somebody help. hook me up with morgan or something. 
something i've been doing a lot of recently is researching and planning for 4th of july. i have plans in progress for some serious (and possibly even legally permitted) explosions. and while i was perusing the internet in search of ideas, i found Burning Man. honestly, i'm usually not into artsy stuff (no offense to any artists, i just don't have the gene), but damn. this is cool. if anybody would like to go to this, let me know. if i can get a group together, it would greatly increase my motivation to actually get off my ass and attend. it'd be a pretty awesome road-trip, to say the least.
so yes, that is all for now. two exams next week, both of which i shall fail miserably, but i should probably at least try to minimize my flunkage by studying a bit. we'll see.
