I turned over my stress tester thingie at work yesterday (yay - I don't remember if I said that, so if I did, I'm sorry I'm repeating myself wink )....

I'm trying to wrap up the OTHER project I was working on so I can dive into the NEW project without being distracted. it looks like I"m gonna have to rebuild...

OKidokie - let's see how I did:

Missed the Linthicum Fair - my wife and son went while I was doing chores (more accurately I was playing on the computer, but I did eventually do my chores), but that's probably for the best anyway. They did come back with fish. biggrin

Didn't go to the movies - more computer games. I'll probably go early next week...

I loved it until I saw the price. Then I didn't love it quite as much. tongue But it's still awesome!

If I ever win the lottery (and keep in mind that I have yet to buy a single ticket in the 15 or 20 years that we've had it), I will buy a whole FLEET of these things and of course I will send one to you! That is totally cool. I can guess that it would also be just a tad annoying for co-workers and you know that makes it *almost* worth the price. smile

Hmmm....

Work: did a presentation on my website for the clients.

They seemed to like it, aside from the bits I knew they wouldn't like. It did break, but things ALWAYS break during presentations. I actually think I managed to loose an update because it was a problem I'd fixed before. Oh well.

I'm working sorta full time on two projects. Very entertaining.

Personal: I...

You know, it seems to me that what has happened here is self-censorship. This, to me, means that they are either cowards or hypocrites! No one has actually provided any proof or information that the government made them do anything ... yet.

And a friend of mine got zotted today because she had a little rave. It took them exactly 5 minutes to boot her. They edited her post and left only the statement "I WILL NOT BE SILENCED" and then mocked her. That is censorship.

But what do I know? I'm here for many reasons and the politics really don't excite me one way or the other. Still, I'd spank my kids for this sort of behavior. whatever

Welllll -- let's see....

Kid had a soccer game this morning - I managed to get there to catch the 2nd half of it (part of that's on purpose, part of it is because I always drive myself and I never pay enough attention to the time) - 1 to 1 tie. He did OK.

It's fun to watch them play - atleast for my...

Really! But then, I associate riding with pure contentment and relaxation, so that's probably why I like that lovely pure horse smell! wink

I bought some tickets from Ticketmaster awhile ago (nasty monopolistic bastards) so now they feel like they have the right to spam me.

Anyway, I do actually read it cuz occasionally I see stuff I want to see. Altho I try not to buy the tickets from them, if I can.

so - anyway: Click Here

Really, these things are seriously fucked up. They look like uncircumcised penises and hairy scrotums to our family.

Teletubbies are like Einstein compared to these frigging things.

Figured I'd give a status update on things:

Family thing - wasn't that bad; I just did the camera-stalking thing for the most part taking pictures of everybody we knew.

My son got his face painted like a hamster (he's fixated on hamsters and WoW - the first due to a stupid computer game my mom bought him and the second due to - well...

hi!
thank you for the comment on my boots biggrin

you're right about the DaVinci code. although I still haven't read anymore as I'm in the process of unpacking in my new house, and I can't find it amongst the rubble. But it did seem to be a bit of a craze... people were reading it because everyone was talking about it... but that doesn't necessarily mean it's anything sensational. But I better read a bit more of it before i can judge it properly tongue

hope you're well xxx
