I know how you feel about the stage fright thing. I have an audition this week in front of the chair of the vocal department of my school. I'm so nervous. frown

Singing = not truly that bad an experience. Considering one of my friends is the vocalist for his band and he's one of the most unbelievably shy people I know. His statement on it is that you're unbelievably nervous until the moment you hit the microphone -- and then suddenly, it's like "fuck this. I have control over everyone!"
