I forget if this is late brunch or early dinner, but I made it on a whim from scratch, ate the evidence... and when I was sure no one was watching I even licked the bowl 😂
Organic baby orange acorn squash stuffed with brown rice. Seasoned with my own curry *the standard recipe, but made heavy on the cayenne, cracked mustard seed, and smoked Hungarian paprika* basil, tarragon, parsley, low sodium tamari sauce *only salt source* and olive oil.

Thanks @nebula! Honestly, everything I cook for myself or with friends is in the spirit of the moment - no recipe! I'm guided by basic knowledge of sweets vs sours, savory vs bland, and an understanding of how spices meld, and are they "oil infused" or "water infused" within the final product. Always prepared in stages and layers - NEVER dumped in the pot all at once, that's food blasphemy haha! I'm grateful to have organic source friends too!
