i am now 30 years old and i'm not sure what else has changed.
all of my immediate family came to my house for my birthday. i was super happy to spend some time with them except... my mom and dad have been divorced for 25+ years and [somehow] there's still anxiety when they are at the same event. guess that will last forever.
i got a fantastic book called 'body type' from a good friend. lots of wine and beer for gifts, too. i really don't drink that much, but maybe it's a good time to start. my wife got me a photo class that starts in july. it'll be my 1st ever and i'm looking fwd to finding out what i don't know and just having projects and deadlines for something i actually enjoy.
new goal: be courageous enough to let my [type 1] diabetic mother know that i would sleep better at night if she would quit smoking
new goal 2: convince my [type 2] diabetic father that he has the power to lose weight and get off the crap that the doctor prescribes.
i've got 3 more sessions to go for my back tattoo. i'll be sure to post some pics when it is finished - i'll spare you the in-progress images. just know that lane @ adambomb tattoo shop is the best!
tomorrow i meet a high school friend to discuss where our [lack of] money should [not] be going. i'm hoping to get things situated so i can worry less about our debt and bills and junk.
time to get some zzz's and give this whole making-$-in-my-sleep thing another try.

I'm trying to get my mom to quit smoking too.She's stubborn,but I try anyway.I think the photo class will be cool.The projects are usually fun and intersting.Good luck with the tattoo!!
