it fucking blows. the whole system is corrupt and fucked up. by the time you get it, pay for it, you might be paying exactly what you would have paid out of pocket anyway.
that said, it depends on what you want done, of course. are the teeth and the leg the only things you want to take care of? or are you actually looking for long-term health insurance so you have the option of preventative care and regular check ups and such?
i have a friend that sold health insurance for a while, and he fully admits it's all a scam. perhaps with some more detail i can point you in a good direction
