So I fucked up my 30 days of yoga tonight (yea, lame, 3rd day in).... I've been doing so much of it lately (just not daily), I needed a break.

I still worked out though. Did belly dancing instead. Haven't done that in so long it killed me, I'm sweating like a mofo right now. It was hella fun though. I might do it again tomorrow... or bust out my salsa dvd which is still in the wrapper since I bought it the same day as my first yoga dvd.

Higher energy lately (due to weight loss, yay!), wich means that the yoga hasn't seemed as appealing as something that lets me dance. I didn't want to feel centered, I just wanted to shake my thang. I got the important thing down though, which is still worked out today, just didn't give up.

New goal: 30 days in a row of working out, no booze, no pop. I'm starting day 4 tomorrow. Wish me luck!!

Oh, and today was my freebie on my diet for the week. Went to rib fest Mmmmmmmmmmmmmgood!!! I had my once a year treat of deep fried oreos, so awesomely bad! I'll post some photos sometime soon, hopefully. If I have time between bviews and writing.
