Well middle of the road today. I am really not enjoying this detox but I'm powering through. Today I got up feeling like I barely slept and have mild anxiety. Nothing exciting to report really. This diet is going to be a bitch to do but I keep telling myself one day at a time....I think breakfast will be the most difficult for me as the choices are pretty bland so I might just stick to the bit of fruit I can eat and pig out at lunch time.

Good luck. Detoxing is really hard work. So is dieting. I am doing the same these days. You will get used to the bland food options (though be prepared to start dreaming about food.) Drink lots of water.
