i just got off the phone with my mom. it was sooo nice to dish with her. she told me about my little brother's new girlfriend. it's so funny because i remember her as a little geeky 10 year old and now she's lovin up my bro. i guess that's what small-town living is all about. talking with my mom gives me such a warm, fuzzy feeling inside.

tonight i hung out at lavonne's place and watched grapes of wrath. it was pretty good--the lighting was sooo appropriate. i'm not sure if i liked the book, better though. words are often better at conveying dispair.

i'm ill again--it's a combination of a lot of things. sharing germs, drinking too much, not eating right. some kind of crazy ear-throat thing going on so i'm on antibiotics AGAIN. living on my own has really fucked me over. i haven't eaten right since i moved out 3 years ago and i used to get sick once a year--now it's 3-5 times a year. it's shite, i tell you.

less than 2 days till miss weetzie and i get to tear up the streets. i miss that girl like woah.

tonight i baked cookies and they turned out PERFECT. rin=domestic goddess. ok, so maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration but my cookies look damn good, yo.

summer's ending and it feels like it hardly started. do any of you have things you like to do to wrap up summer?
