I started following the SG Twitter feed after a close friend of mine tweeted that the best thing of working from home was SG's tweets. After that I started reading interviews, blogs, reviews for movies and games and looking at the Tumblr pics. I kept reading about how some guy met his wife in this place and how people just got along so well...
I, being the type of person that I am, have trouble meeting new people and making friends. I don't know why. My closest friends also tell me the same thing. "What the hell did you do for this person to not like you?" Which I respond with, "You were there... You tell me!"
I'm tired of trying to meet people at bars, clubs, dating sites, etc etc. I might as well try some new place where people are just here to be themselves and talk about nothing. So here I am...

I'm still trying to get a hang of the site itself. The layout of forums and such is really different from what I'm used to. I did find a Twin Cities group and I applied for it. I don't know how long it will take to get accepted.
