Yep, the hot tub comes with the house it's in the contract. biggrin God, I need it too these days, what with all of my injuries and then getting back to working out. All of these health issues have made me feel old before my time!

Wow, that is some intensive treatment for Xena! And you're right, horses always seem to need some kind of medical attention at some point. I swear they're the most injury-prone and medical condition-prone animal I know! Sucks Xena's medical needs are SO BIG right now. I'm glad she's continuing to do well.
