dun dun dunnnnn...ONE DAY OF WORK LEFT

working all last weekend was surprising chill and entertaining although i would have rather been up to my usual shenanigans over the hills and far away in harrisonburg

i would like to take this time to thank bank of america once again for allowing me to overdraw cash from my account for a mere one time charge of thirty-five dollars so that this broke ass bitch is able to fill up her gas tank to get out of town for the rest of the week and drink some beers. also for allowing me to buy some fucking bread to put my peanut butter and honey on (the lone contents of my food cabinet) so i don't starve to goddamn death in the next two weeks.


i also sold old dvds and a cd for six dollars today. i could have gotten eight dollars but then i decided that i did not want to fucking sacrifice videodrome. which resulted in the striking up of an interesting conversation with the kid at the record store.

i love cool people.
i love talking to strangers.
i love record stores.

and i love being poor. ultimately, its amusing.

i thought selling my car would be easy as pie, gone in a day with the money in my pocket.
well, no no no my fucking friend.

first kid came to look at my car yesterday with his parents:

his dad also was obviousl not fond of my appearance.

(sidenote: i am really going to miss scaring the shit out of everyone in this mediocre yuppy hick universe)

another lady calls me today who really wants the car and is very nice but she doesn't have any money...

i feel bad because normally i'd hold it for someone this much in need seeing as to how i've been there, but i am leaving in two weeks so that doesn't exactly work out in my favor. or even as a possibility.

the woman thought we were selling sandwiches.

i am really feeling the fuck word today. hot.

tonight i'm going to the boyfriends show in charlottesville.
tomorrow more attempts to sell car.
wednesday last day of work then straight to harrisonburg until their band leaves for tour. ah!
then a week of whatever the fuck i want.
