Nerd Prom, Day 2
Gave out lots more of Haircut, by Juan and myself. David Mack liked the logo . . . also put it in the hands of Carla Speed McNeil, Craig Thompson (whose new book BLANKETS looks awesome), and the boys at Top Shelf. Tomorrow I'll give out even more, and I'm heading to Kinko's very soon to put together a mini-comic/pitch from myself and Joshua for our book GODS OF MARS. This one goes mainly to companies, folks like IDW, Devil's Due, maybe some DC folks if I can convince them to take it. Rumor is, DC is doing a new sci-fi line, and I do believe we would fit right in.
Swag for today: Blankets, Scott Morse's new BAREFOOT SERPENT, FINDER: TALISMAN, and LIFE'S SO RAD #6 by Corey Kitley and Sarah Shay, two really awesome gals.

Yeah, I've found some of Grant Morrison's letter columns on the net. Back at school they have the Invisibles single issues bound, so I'll be able to read the letters there. Yeah, both he & jimenez have been signed to contracts... I hope they work together again.
