Here I am looking for work and a place to live . . . in a lot of ways I'm in the same position as I was this time last year. But I am more acclimated to the city I suppose, and I'm actually getting some writing work to supplement things so I can't complain too loudly. And I certainly wouldn't want to do this last year over again. 2003 is for the birds, yo.
I don't feel like I did much actual work today, but I had some great ideas for a new 10 minute short scene--involving a potential writing partner, which is always good when you're doing comedy. And a GREAT fucking idea for an online comic--Juan, if you're still reading, I'll shoot you an outline in a day or two. It involves Lincoln and laser beams, that's all I'll say for now.
