Endometriosis is an insanely variable disease - I'm sorry that you've got such aggressive implants. That's horrocious (My own word, portmanteau) ... Having the ovaries taken out is the only way to definitively calm things, but you don't want to just jump at doing that. Hm. I'm really sorry. I'm sure you've tried myriad hormones and such as well - do they all affect you the same way? Any less?
