after all the build up, its finally come and gone. here is a story about my day.
my ball day was kind of crap, work was really busy and stupid retard buy booked too many dogs in for us, then for me to finish by myself after 2pm. i was stressing big time cos it was looking like i wasnt going to get out by 5. after dealing with fussy owners and people showing up early, i managed to get out of there just after 5 but i was sooooo pissed off. oh wellz
so i get home and start my dressings, i love dressing up, thats why i have so many fancy dress parties i think. then after everything is done i set off on my adventure. on the way up i was listening to my kid kenobi cd that gets me in the mood to be happy!
I arrive at Lelaina and damnation_game's new place which is seriously cool as. I met em, chilung and morganahhh while there and then the ever so lovely boombambi arrived! nacho is so cute. then _indigo_, leothedriver, Kye and Illuminaire show up we compare outfits and i get jealous of everyone elses awesome outfits.
then realising how late it is, our convoy sets off for the ball. im glad someone knew where they were going... i had no idea. kid kenobi soothed some anxious souls a bit, we get to our destination and everyone double checks their outfits. we begin to walk in but the amount of people there is daunting at first. it was awesome tho... seeing all these people in real life all dressed up.
after this it all gets blurry, me annoying lots of people with my peace pipe, talking crap to people, being silly, people laughing at me, meeting some awesome people, not knowing what to say to them etc etc.
it seemed to go so quickly. lol.
it started getting really cool dancing at the end, but alas we got shut downnnnnnnnnnnnnn lol.
went to the car park and danced while we were waiting for people to decide what they wanted to do.
this is where it got funny, bug props to ampersand who came on the journey with kye, allure, mok and myself. he had alot to lose could of gone on a fun bus home but chose to stick with us.
kye driving and not being able to control a car without power steering was funny. we dropped nic and mok off then headed for somewhere. by this stage it was about 1:30 and we decided to try to get to the coast to go out down here but we wouldnt of made it by lockdown... so after a few detours and maybe saying a bit too much about myself we arrive at the valley. we wake up leo and he lets us in, kye gets changed and we head to go dancing. as we are walking to find a place to go... i spot john the brother of rocketeer. he was worse than me... lol. first i saw the raver pants then thought oh they would know a good place, then i realised i knew him lol!!!! so he suggests the beat... so we go there, having never been out in brisbane before, it seemed like a good idea to me lol.... thinking back maybe no one else wanted to go there whoops! so we nearly get to the beat and who do i see.... rocketeer himself! total spin out! we go inside and i ask which area is better, the lady tells me the gay section is upstairs, the straight, down... i dont know how straight tho... all these raver pants and crazy dancing going on. we had never been to a like techno club before... strange.
i spot rocket again and ask him for glowsticks YAY!!!!!!!!!!
about 4:30ish we went back to kates.... i dont even remember walking back lol...
i try to sleep, kind of do, then around 7:30 i decided to go home, have a shower and sleep. so thats what i am going to do riiiiiiiiight now.
to all the awesome people i met, it was super!!! i hope i didnt annoy you too much!!!
