So, apparently the hip Christmas decoration here in the forgotten borough this year is those ridiculous inflatable nylon Christmas characters. Santa, snowmen, angels; Costco must have had a sale or something.

Unfortunately major temperature fluctuations, wind and snow aren't really very good for them and they're totally flattened on lawns all over the place. Its like they were raptured, body and soul, up to holiday heaven leaving only their clothes behind.
