Behold the bourgoie magnificence!
So, my vehicle started to act up in such a way that it would cost roughly the equivalent of a car payment to keep it on the road. So, I dove in and bought a new one: a silver 2008 Dodge Caliber. So far, it's a good car. Way better efficiency than my old Dynasty, and good in the recent snowy conditions.
starr_light and I just got back from our Xmas craziness: four houses in one day, meals and drinks and gift exchanges. I'm glad to be home, to say the least. To add to that, my girl also just came back from a family vacation to Playa Del Carmen, so she should have a panapoly of photos for you to peruse at some point.
Now that I have a vehicle, we're thinking about road trips when the weather gets better: the Okanagan and a wine tour, a trip to Alberta, and finally a trip down the coast to Redding, CA. I want to stop in Portland because I've always wanted to see it.
Also, I hear Maynard from Tool has a winery in Nevada. How cool would it be to buy a case of wine from there?

We were hit by massive snow, it's been interesting watching West Coasters handle the snow. I've seen more 4x4s in the ditch than regular vehicles. A case of hubris, methinks...
