Thanks for the kind words for me and Earl. I get pretty bummed when i do somethin stupid like say goodbye before leaving the house, but i'm very happy for him and am grateful for y'alls niceness.
Other than that, pretty crappy week. On the way to eugene, K's truck broke down and we had to have it towed, which meant lots more stress as far as getting Earl out to his new home. The truck was barely fixed in time for us to get home in time for the Regina Spektor concert I've been waiting on for two months. However, upon getting checked at the door I realized that my ID weren't in me wallet. As an old man, I rarely get carded anymore and have no idea where it could've gone, so no Regina.
Not that it's a total pity party for me. I've got semifinals at the comedy competition next week and i feel good about it. I just won't be marrying Regina Spektor anytime soon now.
