so i ran my first f5k on saturday and even thought i was sick at the time i finished it with around forty minutes i was stoked by my time now i just need to cut it down to a half hour
so yesterday i did an hour of weight training then i did a 5k and finish off my work out with some dodgeball, it left me really swore then today i'm at work and i lift this box and pulled a muscle in my icep kind of a shity week to start the week oh and i had court yesterday
so today rocked i got my confirmation of my lifetime membership to the site,signed up for a gym membership and tokk a dance class att the gym which was way more exercise than i thought it would be

so i started my suicide girls tattoo today.got all the outline done know we just got to fill in the color and the hair
so i set up an appointment with a tattoo artiest to do the sg logo on my arm for Friday had a membership on and off for the last few years and the community here is so accepting that its had a positive affect on my life so i want to get something to remember that
