I absolutely agree with everyone's Valerian comments as well! I have used it for years to help me sleep! If you take an average tea bag, open it up and fill it with about a teaspoon's worth of valerian and then make a cup of tea with it, you will be amazed at how much more relaxed you feel. I don;t add milk to mine but I do add some sugar. Unfortunately Valerian smells of FEET! LOL! You get over it quick though!
