Feeling excessively blue today.... maybe because it was my last shift at C&B....... maybe for other reasons. Went swimming before work in the sticky humidity, under grey morning skies, in calm grey water. Maybe not the way to start the day.

that sounds like a great way to start the day. At least you're awake, which is more than i can say for the way i start most of *my* days. Sorry to hear you're blue, are you just on a downswing? Don't forget, the reason you're quitting C&B is because you're becoming such a huge goddamn success!
