had my right arm outlined today, starting to ache a bit, spent 6 hours in ther etoday, such a good bloke (albert, shamanic body art) was totally patient, and full of good ideas!!
also had my barnet chopped so, apart from the pain, feeling good,
my sister is so close to having her first baby, its so exciting, cant wait to be an uncle to a small person, if its a boy, mac, and if its a girl, macie! hmm babies!!
gonna cook dinner now, mucho hungry, need feeding, maybe a beer too...
