My absolutely favorite season is Autumn. It’s time when I feel some magical in the air. A lot of beautiful colors around you and you can just go for a walk and enjoy the moment. It’s time to buy a couple of new kinds of tea. And of course it’s the best time for go to the forest and try to find some tasty mushrooms.

You and I are in agreement. I love Fall. Spring would be a runner up. The weather is generally mild and enjoyable.

Where do you go to find mushrooms and what kind do you find and favor? For me, it’s the Pacific Northwest, Chanterelles and Matsutake on Mt Rainer, in the Three Sisters Wilderness or on the Oregon Coast. Occasionally I find Morels in the Catskills.
