thank you for the love yesterday! i am feeling better today. not completely up to par, and my legs are killing me from my 11 hour work day, but definitely better than i have been. i just need to kick the last of the sniffles and the 3 hours of hacking up a lung ( 
) in the morning, and i am good to go!
i think the only thing out of that combo, shivr, that i don't take regularly was the fish oil. perhaps i'll add that to my daily regime...
trampy, if you ever wanna surprise me, i'd certainly appreciate it! for now, i don't need any anti-cold stuff... but a cappucino while i'm at work on a long day... that would be LOVELY
