Well, not much going on. I doubt anyone reads any of my posts, not that I post much...
So, I bought Tool's new album "10,000 Days" and I must say, bravo. The more I listen to it, the more I like it. It's a complex album with tight instrumentation and lyrics. Being a drummer myself, I find the drumming to be exquisit; my favorite parts. In my mind, Danny Carey is the finest rock drummer going.
Did you know that Maynard (the singer) has a vineyard? I would like to get my hands on some of that wine. I like a nice dry red. You can thank my wife for that.
We're still working on getting her a decent set to post (she got accepted), but I suck as a photog and I can't find anyone who'll do it. She's totally excited too; always asking when we're going to shoot again. Hopefully soon.
