my mom rocks! she bought me pants today! two pairs of jeans...awesome...

i've given up caffeine...it's kinda hard, but not that difficult...my doctor suggested it as a way to stop my palpitations...it's been 4 or 5 days...how long does it take for caffeine to be out of your system?
