on monday and tuesday i'm going to be in des moines looking at apartments. i hope i can get the one i want, which is very conveniently located near the university. my mom is coming with me to look, she's a bit worried about my leaving and being alone...she's kinda freaking out about the whole thing. she's not worried that law school is going to be difficult, the classes hard, lots of work...nothing like that..she's worried i'm going to be raped and murdered things of that nature...it's also a little weird because my parents have stated that they want to help me pay for school in some way, but they haven't really said anything more than that. i know i'm getting student loans out the ying-yang, so i'm wondering what exactly they are planning to pay for. it would be nice to figure this stuff out sometime.

saturday i am going to see flogging molly! yippie! it's going to be fun times.

i am in a bad mood. grr... i'm also sweating...it's really hot in here.
