Congrats on the condo! I just had roofers at mine yesterday. Good luck dealing with the HOA and the insurance company. We've had problems with our HOA, but if we bug them enough they get stuff done.

I have been building things since I was a kid...i hd the fortune of growing up with a father that loves to build things out of wood. I'm actually gonna have him do the cutting part since he has all the right tools for that but I will put them together and refinish them.
