Today I've decided has been a succesful productive day. Both for my sanity and CBT. I CBT'd the fuck out of my mind today.
I hit the studio and laid down five vocals tracks. Shit yeah, I sang my little punk rock ass off. Did'nt sound to bad either. I got a lot of soul for a zombified fuck head.
The band's trying to get some tracks recorded and mixed in time for our debut gig next week. It's gonna be fucking awesome. Can't wait to get on stage again, its been too long. And nothing gets me as high as playing my blood, sweat and tears on stage. It's the best feeling in the world. And I refuse to let my shitty brain ruin that for me.
Driving lesson tomorrow, hope I can remember shit.
