It's been a couple of days...um...more like a few.
I had court on the 15th, my ex-husband is trying to take custody of my babies from me.
We are talking about a man who abused me mentally, physically, emotionally and financially. He invented a couple other ways along the way as well.
I provide for the children to the best of my ability. They are Loved, cared for, fed, clothed, needs met, healthy, happy and all around good children.
Him on the other hand, he:
Teases them, belittles their fears, scares them (pretends to be a zombie at night), lies to them about me, in the past he has picked and chooses when he would take them for visits, mud-runs and races were more important...
Pays his child support when he sees fit, quit his job in mid-November, and didn't pay child support in December, January, and never reported to the Child Support Officer if he got a job, but was amazingly able to pay $950.00 on February 1. I told the Officer that they might want to investigate him because right now he is working in his dad's shop for cash, and doing other jobs for the same.
Tonight my babies had to go for the weekend with their sperm-donor (I refuse to call him their father, because to me that is a title earned, not something that is a time-to-time issue) and my son was crying, not wanting to go, and my daughter was refusing to get out of the van at all. She had a death grip on the seat-arm, and tried to scramble to the back of the van. SCREAMING bloody murder while doing it. They don't want to go to their dad's at all.
I know though if I don't take them to him, he will file another affidavit against me saying I am keeping them away from him.
If only the Judge could see how badly they don't want to go with their sperm-donor...
Here I sit alone, missing my babies, the apartment is far too quiet for my liking. Even though they fight as normal siblings who are 22 months apart will, I hate the sounds of my keyboard in a deathlike quiet.

Koala, I am suffering from the same thing, though this is the worst case yet.
I know Mercury is going retrograde...that usually only affects idiocity though lol

Hi Dagan! The best thing about deep shit though is that once immersed, one usually learns the lesson (hopefully anyways) and it is a learning experience.
Not to sound corny, but ancient history rocks my socks. I was reading about the new find in the Valley of the Kings too, though not royalty per se...they had to either be related, or high enough on the totem pole to merit a royal burial.
I get into Ancient Egyptian, Sumerian, Ur, Babylonian, Ancient Celt (their journeys across Europe and finally settling into the Emerald Isles)

I have an evidenciary hearing coming up on 4/20 and they DENIED his request for a Guardian ad Litem. I am guessing the court doesn't take his claims seriously enough to warrant a G.a.L.
