How do I relax when I'm stressed? I'm a momma of two, with 2 jobs and a hubby; you knooooow I got some tricks for you!🖤🖤
I'll start off by saying you won't find any; go take a bubble bath, a leisurly stroll, or journaling here.
I'm more of a hit the stress back as hard as it's hitting you. My favorite way is to escape for a really long hike or camp somewhere. Included a picture of my pup; Laika at our latest national park adventure! We've been living up our last summer in CO before a cross country move!
Never underestimate the healing powers of your favorite movies. Nothing is better than sinking into the couch with some snacks and my personal favorites; Empire Strikes Back or The Two Towers. (Currently eating ice cream and watching the latter😅)
Silly as it sounds, I find relaxation in creating. I love going over set ideas and shooting with my hubby. Its become one of our favorite hobbies; and I can always count on him to get the best angles.😉 I wanna keeps this blog SFW....so no teasers will be found here unfortunately!
