This weekend i want to take some deep rest after all the stress that had. I went to therapy and it was harder than I imagined. My anxiety level is higher than it was few years ago and i'm scared, very scared. Being alone in foreign country makes it worse, I really miss my family and really ad that we're far away now. I really needed help after all that and I hope that i'm gonna feel better soon 😔
I still haven't got a new phone to continue my work and studies but we're getting there 🤞🏻
