i used to have a tortoise! but she got bitten by a black widow so died comparatively young

yeah, it was quite sad. most people seem to think that tortoises make boring pets, but she was so cool. she lived in our greenhouse and whenever anyone came in she would come running up (as much as a tortoise can run ) and stretch out her neck to have her head scratched! she was so cute! it's so sad when pets die i've always had dogs and cats so i've been through it a number of times how old is your dog?
yikes! that sounds like a really horrible situation! that's just crazy. i guess some people really do just need to be cut off i talked to my particular problem a few days ago, which is probably a good thing since we know a lot of the same people and it would have been hard to keep avoiding each other around campus. i'm glad it happened because i was tired of being constantly angry, but i don't forsee us being friends again

thanks. It sounds like you had a very unpleasant cold if you had a fever that high, or your body was just fighting it off like a warrior. i will *always* send you get well wishes if i know you're not feeling well 
me however, I am not in pain all the time, but when i am in pain it is well beyond terrible.. they gave me meds for when i need them though and i can very thankfully say that i haven't had to use them yet. I feel a tid bit uncomfortable sometimes, but i think thats just my reminder to continue to be careful.
I don't eat out much anyways, but just the fact that I can't really go out every once in a while to eat some real good food (not fast food), kinda bothers me! i know pizzas not good for me (or anyone for that matter) but I can make my own with lowfat cheese, which i will admit i have never even seen before. I guess I will be learning how to cook my own healthy food? isn't that just terrible!?
so with every con, there sprouts a little bit of good! at least thats the way i will continue to think for now

Well, things have been better, the last couple of months have been really difficult for me. My boyfriend lsot his job, I have barely been supporting us (he just now got a new one)...we barely made our rent, bills piling up....holiday madness, my dad getting sick, my bf's ex now suing for custody (even though she has never given a damn about his daughter)...it's been constant stress, and I am in the job-hunt mode and need to find one asap....
