Clearly I'm not meant to have a job.

Can someone explain to me how I can have more than 10 years retail experience, 3 of those in management, and yet I can't even get a job shelving cd's at Musicworld? Other than the evil key place, I haven't even gotten any interviews, even though I applied to dozens of places that advertised they were hiring....

Yeah, it seems odd that they'd want you to contact your past employers for references yourself. Very lazy on their part. It would freak me out too, cuz I wouldn't want to call them.

And good luck with the Paxil. It worked wonders for me years ago. But please, if it doesn't work, don't give up, try other meds. Something is bound to help.

I think it's great that you've seen a psychiatrist. Yeah, it's bizarre that they'd suggest group therapy, but it also makes sense. Yes, if you were afraid of spiders, there's a school of thought that would mean your therapist would 'force' you to be around spiders. Though I don't think they'd throw you into a tub full of them. At least not at first.

I was assessed years ago for group therapy and they turned me down. I was too confrontational apparently. Mind you, that was a year or two before they'd figure out that I was schizophrenic.

I suppose they hope that you'd feel like the group was a safe, therapeutic environment, thus easing the stress of being around other people.

My brother scored tickets to the world premiere of "Borat" and invited me to go with him. I'm sure his fiance was not interested in going as she is from russia and actually has friends from Kazakhstan and doesn't believe that Borat acurately portrays kazakhstanians.

Friend is a four letter word.

*August 5th Update: Current sleep ratio: 8 hours sleep out of last 89

I have only slept 6 hours out of the last 65. The world is starting to get a little fuzzy around the edges, but I have a surprising amount of energy.

I think there's moles living in my walls. I keep hearing them.

I was awake for over 24 hours, and then alseep for about 30 the past two days. I sometimes do that.

I like your answers to some of those questions, like renting a hotel during sex.

It's a shame you haven't been propositioned by a guy before.

And on a completely different topic, you two should come to karaoke on Monday for sure then. I actually probably could pick you guys up if you want. Our landlord finally fixed our toilet. It had been broken for a very long time, and to tell you the truth I was kind of dissapointed to see it repaired. The water ran constantly and loudly, so that was kind of irritating, but it would also occasionally shoot water out the side of the septic tank, and that was hilarious. Not just a trickle mind...
