Yes, he said that they're "very happy now" and I was all "you better be allowed out now" and "why were you crying on Christmas day then?" but he won't listen to reason. They're very happy now cos he's given in and let her move in with him! Oh god. I don't want to be friends with him any more. He makes me want to cry. Yay internets though.

And don't worry about having nothing special to do on New Year's Eve. In my experience the weight of expectation always overshadows the occasion. After all, it's just another date on the calendar.

so theres this dude at work - about 45 - with 2 kids. he's not pretty, not pretty at all.
so he went to the seaside once, and went to buy some ice cremes. as he went to pay the girl in the mr whippy van, she said "no, don't worry - you're man has paid for them", "what" he replied - she directed his attention to a man putting the last of a group of "special" people into a minibus.
