So today was not a good day. Smoked too much. Diet was shite. Not a happy with myself. But managed to finish off all the. Back to school shopping. School starts tomorrow, I will be up early to sort the kids out. So am planning a run, rather sitting in my dressing gown waiting for two teenagers to sort there lives out in the bath room. If I can break it once then I know I can do it regularly. Am planning 5 miles before work, then I have rugby training tomorrow night so..... Kinda 6/10 today. 😞

I'm with you on the kid organizing! One of mine likes to start the day at 5am, which is the perfect time for a run! (Says the girl laying around in pajamas an hour & Â a half later lol)
